Lake Havasu…I WILL retire here one day 💜

So I quickly realized after only a day Quartzite was NOT what I thought it’d be…So I quickly looked for an alternate and saw there was a lake about 1.5 hours north and went for it.

One awesome thing that came from going to Quartzite was I made my first van life friend! her name is Sarah and shes from Minnesota (midwest people seems to always find each other lol). She has been on the road since September and helped me out a lot with tips and tricks of van life. You’ll see her (and other new friends) in some pics 📸

So the instant I saw Lake Havasu I was in shock 😳 Crystal clear water surrounded by mountains….

I went straight to the water because that’s Lucis happy place and she quickly agreed that she loved it here too

Before I knew it, I was there for 3 weeks. Luci and I got into an awesome routine of waking up on BLM land and driving to the dog park that was literally 20 feet from where you see her swimming in the video.

Shed play for an hour then I’d go to the gym to get a workout and shower in (so much better than the propane shower I bought, that thing only last like 3 minutes 😡). Then we’d have breakfast and a mini walk until I had to see clients. I LOVED all the time I spent and plan to spend all next winter there!

Sarah shortly after I got there joined me and had her friend Ryan come along. We did some hiking, camp fires, played games and laughed. It’s crazy how quickly you get close to people when you’re living this kind of lifestyle 💜

Leaving here I literally cried…but I made sure to spread some of my mom in that beautiful lake 💜🥰
